I lost my jewellery invoice; can I get a duplicate?

Yes, we can arrange a duplicate for you. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the invoice.

Can I re-size my Ring?

In case your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size. If the changes
require any addition of gold, we will only charge you the additional price.

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from 'Aurdia Jewellery', within India. The product
along with the original invoice, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged based on its current market value, with
deductions towards making charges.

jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services
like BVC for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.
